Ingredients
- 6 Waffles
- 1 ½ cup bisquick
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 Teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 ea egg yolks
- 2 ea egg whites
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Pre-heat waffle iron
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except egg whites, sit aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
- Gently fold beaten egg whites into Bisquick mixture.
- Pour ¼ - ⅓ cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron.
- Bake until steaming stops.
- Remove waffle carefully.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and fruit of your choice.
- Makes about 6 waffles
