
Ingredients
- 6 servings
- 2 c Bisquick baking mix
- ¼ c Sour cream
- ¾ c Cooked smoked ham, (finely 2 tb Smipped parsley chopped)
- ½ ts Salt
- 1 c Shredded Swiss or Cheddar
- 2 garlic clvs, crushed (cloves)
- cheese ⅔ c Milk
- ½ c Chopped onion (fine)
- 1 Egg
- ½ c Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease rectangular pan 13x9 inches.
- Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
- Bake until golden brown, 25 ot 30 minutes.
- Cut into rectangles, about 2x1 ½ inches.
- 36 appetizers.
- NOTE: High altitude directions (3500 to 6500 ft),
- Heat oven to 375 and decrease baking mix to 1 ¾ cups add ¼ cup all purpose flour.
