Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups Original Bisquick
- ⅔ Cup Milk
- ⅓ Cup Butter
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
- Add baking soda to Bisquick.
- Cut in butter, then add milk.
- Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
- Turn onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick or flour.
- Knead 10 times.
- Roll dough ½" thick.
- Cut with 3" cutter.
- Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 9 biscuits.
