Bisquick Biscuits

Bisquick Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups Original Bisquick
  • ⅔ Cup Milk
  • ⅓ Cup Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
  2. Add baking soda to Bisquick.
  3. Cut in butter, then add milk.
  4. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
  5. Turn onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick or flour.
  6. Knead 10 times.
  7. Roll dough ½" thick.
  8. Cut with 3" cutter.
  9. Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
  10. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Makes 9 biscuits.
