Impossible Cauliflower Quiche made with Bisquick

Cauliflower Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • Salt ½ c Chopped Green Pepper
  • Boiling Water 1 c
  • Shredded Colby Cheese 4oz
  • 2 c Thinly Sliced Cauliflowers
  • 1 c Milk
  • 9oz or ½ c Bisquick
  • 1 pk Frozen Cauliflower, Thaw
  • 3 x Eggs
  • Drain 9oz
  • ½ ts Salt
  • ⅓ c Chopped Onion
  • ⅛ ts Pepper

Instructions

  1. In covered saucepan in enough boiling salted water to cover, cook cauliflowers 10 minutes.
  2. Drain; place in greased 9" pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper and cheese.
  4. Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
  5. Cover and whirl 15 seconds (or beat 1 minute with rotary beater).
  6. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake at 375~ degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
