Impossible Cheeseburger Pie made with Bisquick

Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ c Onions; chopped
  • ¾ c Bisquick
  • ½ ts Salt 2 Tomatoes; sliced
  • ¼ ts Pepper
  • 1 c Cheddar or American Cheese; shred
  • 1 ½ c Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Can be topped with crisply cooked bacon.
  3. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½", or sq. baking dish, 8x8, or 6 10 oz. custard cups.
  4. Cook and stir gr. beef and onion in 10" skillet over med. heat until beef is brown; drain.
  5. Stir in salt and pepper.
  6. Spread in pie plate.
  7. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix 15 sec. in blender on high speed, 1 min. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
  8. Pour into pie plate.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake 5-8 min. or until knife comes out clean.
  12. Cool 5 min. ½ RECIPE:
  13. Use 1 qt. square or round casserole.
  14. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to ½ c.
  15. Divide remaining ingredients amounts in half.
  16. Decrease beat time to 10 sec. in blender or 30 sec. with wire whisk or hand beater.
  17. HIGH ALT>Increase first bake to 30 min.
  18. If baking the ½ recipe: Use 1 ½ qt round casserole or 1 qt. square.
