Impossible Chicken Parmigiana made with Bisquick

Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 8 servings
  • ¾ c Creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 c Milk Small curd
  • 2 x Eggs
  • ⅓ c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅔ c Bisquick
  • ½ ts Garlic powder
  • ¼ ts Pepper
  • ½ ts Oregano
  • 1 ½ c Chicken, cooked & diced
  • ½ ts Basil
  • 1 ¼ c Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cn Tomato paste 6 oz.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
  4. Mix chicken and ½ cup mozzarella cheese, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds, by hand for 1 min. until smooth.
  6. Pour into pie plate and bake 30 minutes.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 5 minutes.
