- 1 c Bisquick
- ¼ c Green pepper; chopped
- ⅓ c Cold water
- 1 Egg
- 1 lb Ground beef
- ¼ c Milk
- ½ ts Salt
- ½ ts Salt
- ½ ts Oregano
- ½ ts Dry mustard
- ¼ ts Pepper
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
- ½ c Bread crumbs
- 8 oz Tomato sauce
- ¼ c Onion, chopped
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS Combine baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously.
- Smooth dough into ball on floured board.
- Knead 5 times.
- Roll dough 2 in larger than 9 in pie plate.
- Place into plate flute edges.
- Brown ground beef + drain.
- Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, onion, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and spread in pie crust.
- Beat egg and milk, stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread over beef mixture.
- Bake til crust is golden, about 30 min at 375*
