Impossible Pecan Pie made with Bisquick

Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 servings
  • 1 ½ c Pecans; chopped
  • 1 ½ ts Vanilla
  • ¾ c Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ c Corn syrup;
  • Light or dark ¾ c Brown sugar; packed
  • ¼ c Margarine or butter; softened
  • ½ c Bisquick or baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease pie plate, 9"x1 ¼".
  3. Sprinkle pecans in plate.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth; 15 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand beater.
  5. Pour into plate.
  6. Bake till knife
  7. inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
  8. Cool.

Impossible Chocolate Cheesecake made with Bisquick

Ingredients

  • 8 servings
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 oz Melted chocolate
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 c Brown sugar
  • ¼ c Butter
  • ½ c Bisquick
  • 1 ts Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Put everything in blender for 1 min.
  3. Pour into pie plate.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until tests done with knife.
  5. Cool completely and top with whipped cream.

Impossible Italian Pie made with Bisquick

Impossible Italian Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • 1 lb Sausage (bulk)
  • 1 c Bisquick
  • 1 Green onion bunch, chopped
  • 6 oz Sour cream
  • 1 c Mozzarella, grated
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ c Milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown, drain and crumble sausage.
  2. Put in bottom of 11X7 greased pan.
  3. Top with onions and cheese.
  4. Put rest in blender for 1 min.
  5. Pour over meat mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min until tests done with knife.

Impossible Tuna Pie made with Bisquick

Tuna Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • 1 can Tuna; 8 oz - drained
  • 1 c Bisquick baking mix
  • ⅓ c Celery; thinly sliced
  • ½ ts Lemon rind; grated
  • 2 c Cheese; cheddar, shredded
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • ¼ c Green onions; sliced, opt.
  • ¼ ts Salt
  • 1 ½ c Milk
  • ⅛ ts Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Garlic clove; crushed

Instructions

  1. Approx. Cook Time: 40
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½".
  4. Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions in plate.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in
  6. blender. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 40 minutes).
  8. Cool 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Impossible Macaroni and Cheese Pie made with Bisquick

Macaroni Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • 2 ¼ c Cheese; cheddar, shredded
  • 1 c Macaroni; uncooked
  • 2 ½ c Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ c Bisquick baking mix
  • ¼ ts Salt
  • ¼ ts Sauce; red pepper
  • ¼ c Cheese; cheddar, shredded

Instructions

  1. Approx. Cook Time: 40
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  3. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½".
  4. Mix two cups cheddar cheese and macaroni, sprinkle in plate.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients except for ¼ cup cheese till smooth 15 seconds in blender.
  6. Pour into plate.
  7. Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese.
  9. Bake till cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.
  10. Cool 10 minutes.

Apple Cheddar Shortcake made with Bisquick

Apple Cheddar Shortcake

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • ---------------------------------SHORTCAKE---------------------------------
  • 2 ½ c Biscuit Mix; Bisquick ⅔ c Milk
  • 4 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
  • ⅓ c Butter; Melted
  • -------------------------------APPLE TOPPING-------------------------------
  • ¾ c Brown Sugar;
  • Packed ¼ ts Salt
  • 3 tb Cornstarch
  • c Water
  • ½ ts Cinnamon; Ground
  • 4 c Apples; Peeled, Cored, Sliced
  • ----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------
  • 1 x Heavy Cream; Whipped

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine the biscuit mix and the cheddar cheese then stir in the milk and butter.
  3. Spread the dough into two greased 8-inch layer pans and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt in a large saucepan.
  5. Stir in the water and cook until clear and thickened.
  6. Add the apples, cover and simmer until the apples are tender.
  7. Spoon half of the apple mixture over one layer.
  8. Top with the second layer and remaining apples.
  9. Serve warm with whipped cream for a topping.

Bisquick Blueberry Cobbler

Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix ½ cup sugar(hold back 1 T) & cornstarch in 2 quart saucepan.
  3. Stir in blueberries (can used frozen or fresh) & water.
  4. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil & stir for 1 minute. Pour into non-greased 1 ½ quart casserole.
  6. Mix remaining ingredients until soft ball forms.
  7. Drop dough, by tablespoons, onto hot blueberry mixture.
  8. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes

Bisquick Shortcake Recipe

Shortcake

Ingredients

2 ⅓ c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
½ c. milk

Instructions

Press into non-greased pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Bisquick Scones

Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 tbs vanilla or almond flavoring
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of dried fruit
  • ⅔ cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, Bisquick, salt and sugar in mixer bowl.
  2. Cut butter in chunks and add to flour mixture.
  3. Add flavoring, eggs, milk, and fruit and blend well.
  4. Grease and flour round cake pan, put mixture in and pre slice.
  5. Bake until golden brown.
