Bisquick Quiche

Quiche

Easy bisquick quiche is a much enjoyed main dish. Most cooks classify this dish as easy to prepare. Easy bisquick quiche! Undeniably delicious and a well loved European food!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fillings of your choice (example broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease 10 inch pie plate or 8 inch square.
  3. Sprinkle fillings, onions and cheese in plate.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into plate.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Bisquick Pie Crust

Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons boiling water

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix Bisquick and butter in a small bowl.
  3. Add water; stir vigorously until soft dough forms.
  4. Press with floured hands into a 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Cool and fill.

Bisquick Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1Cup Of Bisquick Pancake And Baking Mix
  • 4 Cups Of Fresh Sliced American Peaches
  • 1 Teaspoon Of McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ Cup Of Softened Real Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Of C&H White Superfine Sugar
  • 1 Cup Of Cold 2% Milk
  • 1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon
  • 1.75 Quart Carton Of Ben & Jerry's Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. To get the recipe started, please preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Next you will want to melt the softened real unsalted butter in a saucepan, and then pour it into an eight by eight inch baking dish.
  3. Next add in the white superfine sugar, Bisquick pancake and baking mix, fresh ground cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, pure vanilla extract, cold 2% milk, and then rapidly mix all of these delicious ingredients together until an even batter is formed.
  4. Next level out the batter to an even thickness.
  5. Moving along, next line out your fresh peach slices across the now leveled batter.
  6. You can now slide the baking dish into the oven, so that your cobbler can bake for forty five minutes, or until it's golden brown.
  7. Serve the Bisquick peach cobbler hot with a large scoop of Ben & Jerry's vanilla ice cream.

Bisquick Pancake Recipe

Pancake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. homemade Bisquick mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix homemade bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  3. Pour approximately ¼ cup batter into the pan.
  4. Cook each side until the golden brown.

Bisquick Muffins

Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Add sugar to Bisquick. Stir in milk and well beaten egg.
  2. Mix well and fill well greased muffin pans ⅔ full.
  3. Bake in a moderately hot oven (400 F.) for 20 minutes.
  4. Amount: 12 fluffy, high muffins.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie made with Bisquick

Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ c Onions; chopped
  • ¾ c Bisquick
  • ½ ts Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes; sliced
  • ¼ ts Pepper
  • 1 c Cheddar or Am. Cheese; shred
  • 1 ½ c Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Can be topped with crisply cooked bacon.
  3. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½", or sq. baking dish, 8x8, or 6 10 oz. custard cups.
  4. Cook and stir gr. beef and onion in 10" skillet over med. heat until beef is brown; drain.
  5. Stir in salt and pepper.
  6. Spread in pie plate.
  7. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix 15 sec. in blender on high speed, 1 min. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
  8. Pour into pie plate.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake 5-8 min. or til knife comes out clean.
  12. Cool 5 min.
  13. ½ RECIPE: Use 1 qt. square or round casserole.
  14. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to ½ c.
  15. Divide remaining ingred. amts. in half.
  16. Decrease beat time to 10 sec. in blender or 30 sec. with wire whisk or hand beater.
  17. HIGH ALT>Increase first bake to 30 min.
  18. If baking the ½ recipe: Use 1 ½ qt round casserole or 1 qt. square.

Bisquick Coffee Cake

Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • For Streusel topping:
  • ⅓ cup Bisquick
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • For the cake batter:
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Grease a 9" round cake pan.
  3. To make Streusel topping: mix the first three ingredients together in a small bowl.
  4. Cut in margarine or butter with a fork or pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Mix all the batter ingredients together and spread into prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle with the Streusel topping.
  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown on top.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting.
  10. Serve warm.

Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and have a 9 inch pie plate ready.
  2. Mix the diced onion, salt and pepper into the ground beef then brown the mixture in a large pan/skillet.
  3. Make sure the meat is fully cooked; his should take about 10 minutes.
  4. You can also add your own flavorings here too such as hot sauce, garlic, spices or chopped jalapeños.
  5. Drain off any excess fat after cooking.
  6. Spread the cooked meat mixture into the 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  7. In a separate bowl, blend beaten eggs with evaporated milk and Bisquick.
  8. Make sure the mixture is well combined and pour it over the cheese in the pie plate.
  9. Bake in the over for 25 minutes, cut into wedges and you're done.

Impossible Turkey 'n Stuffing Pie made with Bisquick

Turkey Stuffing Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 2 c Turkey; cooked & cut up
  • ½ ts Poultry seasoning
  • 1 c Celery; chopped
  • ⅛ ts Pepper
  • ½ c Onion; finely chopped
  • 1 ¼ c Milk
  • ½ ts Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¾ ts Sage; ground or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 c Bisquick or baking mix

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 ½".
  3. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in plate.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater.
  5. Pour into plate.
  6. Bake till knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Cool 5 minutes.

Impossible Ham Salad Pie made with Bisquick

Ham Salad Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • ½ pk Peas; frozen,
  • 10 oz size
  • ½ c Mayonnaise
  • 1 c Ham; finely chopped cooked
  • 1 ½ ts Mustard; prepared
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
  • ¾ c Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c Milk
  • 3 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Lightly grease pie plate 10x1 ½".
  3. Rinse peas under cold water to separate; drain.
  4. Sprinkle peas, ham and cheese in pie plate.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 sec in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
  6. Pour in pie plate.
  7. Bake till golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
