Bisquick Biscuits

Bisquick Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups Original Bisquick
  • ⅔ Cup Milk
  • ⅓ Cup Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
  2. Add baking soda to Bisquick.
  3. Cut in butter, then add milk.
  4. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
  5. Turn onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick or flour.
  6. Knead 10 times.
  7. Roll dough ½" thick.
  8. Cut with 3" cutter.
  9. Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
  10. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Makes 9 biscuits.

Bisquick Banana Bread Recipe

Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. Bisquick
  • 1 ½ c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • ¾ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 9 c. sliced apples
  • ⅓ c. cold water
  • 3 tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar(1 ½ c), flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sliced apples.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until almost tender.
  3. Put in baking dish.
  4. Mix Bisquick and sugar(3 tbsp); add water and stir.
  5. Spread over apples.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Apple Cobbler with Bisquick

Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. Bisquick
  • 1 ½ c. sugar

Impossible Tuna Pie made with Bisquick

Tuna Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • 1 can Tuna; 8 oz drained
  • 1 c Bisquick baking mix
  • ⅓ c Celery; thinly sliced
  • ½ ts Lemon rind; grated
  • 2 c Cheese; cheddar, shredded
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • ¼ c Green onions; sliced,
  • opt. ¼ ts Salt
  • 1 ½ c Milk ⅛ ts Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Garlic clove; crushed
  • : Approx. Cook Time: :40

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½".
  3. Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions in plate.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in
  5. blender. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 40 minutes).
  7. Cool 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Impossible Seafood Pie Made with Bisquick

Seafood Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 servings
  • BETTY GARNES
  • 2 oz Chopped pimento, drained
  • 1 pk (6 oz) frozen crab meat
  • 2 c Milk
  • 1 cn (6 oz) tuna drained
  • 1 c Bisquick
  • 1 c Shredded process sharp American
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 oz Cream cheese, cut into ¼"
  • ¾ ts Salt
  • ¼ c Green onions; sliced
  • Nutmeg; dash

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease pie plate, (10 x 1 ½ inch)
  3. Mix crab meat, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate.
  4. eat remaining ingredients til
  5. smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater.
  6. Pour into plate.
  7. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Cool 5 minutes *1 can (6 oz) crab meat, drained and cartilege removed, or
  9. 1 can (4 ½ oz) shrimp, well rinsed and drained,
  10. Can be substituted for the frozen crab meat and shrimp.

Impossible Chicken Parmigiana made with Bisquick

Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 8 servings
  • ¾ c Creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 c Milk Small curd
  • 2 x Eggs
  • ⅓ c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅔ c Bisquick
  • ½ ts Garlic powder
  • ¼ ts Pepper
  • ½ ts Oregano
  • 1 ½ c Chicken, cooked & diced
  • ½ ts Basil
  • 1 ¼ c Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cn Tomato paste 6 oz.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
  4. Mix chicken and ½ cup mozzarella cheese, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds, by hand for 1 min. until smooth.
  6. Pour into pie plate and bake 30 minutes.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool 5 minutes.

Impossible Ratatouille Pie made with Bisquick

Ratatouille Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 1 c Zucchini; chopped ½ ts Thyme; leaves
  • 1 c Eggplant; chopped pared
  • ⅛ ts Pepper
  • ½ c Tomato 1 c Monterey jack cheese; shred
  • ½ c Green pepper; chopped
  • 1 ¼ c Milk
  • ¼ c Onion; chopped
  • ¼ c Sour cream
  • 1 c Garlic; crushed
  • ¾ c Bisquick
  • ¼ c Margarine;or butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¾ ts Salt

Impossible Ratatouille Pie made with Bisquick

Instructions

  1. 6 servings
  2. 1 c Zucchini; chopped
  3. ½ ts Thyme; leaves
  4. 1 c Eggplant; chopped pared
  5. ⅛ ts Pepper
  6. ½ c Tomato
  7. 1 c Monterey jack cheese; shred
  8. ½ c Green pepper; chopped
  9. 1 ¼ c Milk
  10. ¼ c Onion; chopped
  11. ¼ c Sour cream
  12. 1 c Garlic; crushed
  13. ¾ c Bisquick
  14. ¼ c Margarine;or butter
  15. 3 Eggs
  16. ¾ ts Salt
  17. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  18. Lightly grease pie plate.
  19. Cook zucchini, eggplant, tomato, green pepper, onion and garlic in
  20. margarine until vegetables are crisp-tender, 5-10 minutes.
  21. Stir in seasonings.
  22. Spread in pie plate; >> sprinkle with cheese.
  23. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
  24. Pour into pie plate.
  25. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 30-35 minutes.
  26. Let stand 5 minutes.
  27. Makes 4-6 servings.

Impossible Cauliflower Quiche made with Bisquick

Cauliflower Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 servings
  • Salt ½ c Chopped Green Pepper
  • Boiling Water 1 c
  • Shredded Colby Cheese 4oz
  • 2 c Thinly Sliced Cauliflowers
  • 1 c Milk
  • 9oz or ½ c Bisquick
  • 1 pk Frozen Cauliflower, Thaw
  • 3 x Eggs
  • Drain 9oz
  • ½ ts Salt
  • ⅓ c Chopped Onion
  • ⅛ ts Pepper

Instructions

  1. In covered saucepan in enough boiling salted water to cover, cook cauliflowers 10 minutes.
  2. Drain; place in greased 9" pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper and cheese.
  4. Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
  5. Cover and whirl 15 seconds (or beat 1 minute with rotary beater).
  6. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake at 375~ degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Impossible Chicken 'n Broccoli Pie made with Bisquick

Chicken Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 Eggs
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
  • ¾ c Bisquick
  • 1 ½ c Chicken; cooked; cut-up
  • ½ ts Salt
  • ⅔ c Onion; chopped
  • ¼ ts Pepper
  • 1 ⅓ c Milk
  • 1 ½ qt Round or 1 qt. square casserole dish

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½".
  3. Rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
  4. Mix broccoli, 1 ⅓ c. of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate.
  5. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 min. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
  6. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake 30-35 min. or til knife inserted comes out clean.
  8. Top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake 1-2 min. longer or just til cheese is melted.
  10. Cool 5 min.
  11. FOR ½ RECIPE: Use 1 qt square or round casserole.
  12. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to ½ c.
  13. Divide remaining ingredients amounts in half.
  14. Decrease beat time to 10 sec. in blender and 30 sec. with whisk or hand beater.
  15. HIGH ALT: bake 35-45 min.
  16. For ½ recipe use 45 min

Impossible Turkey and Stuffing Pie made with Bisquick

Turkey Stuffing Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 2 c Turkey; cooked; diced
  • /2 c Green peas; cooked
  • ½ ts Seasoned salt
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 c Prepared turkey stuffing
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ c Green onions; w/tops,sliced
  • ½ c Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease a 9" pie plate.
  3. Arrange turkey in plate; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrange on turkey.
  5. Top with onions and peas.
  6. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high.
  7. Pour into plate.
  8. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 30-35 min.
  9. Cool 5 min.
  10. Serve with hot turkey gravy.
  11. 6 servings.
